Gravura em metal colorida à mão, por J. B. Genty. Caricatura que retrata o período conhecido como o Governo dos Cem Dias, que vai do retorno do imperador francês Napoleão I ao poder, em 20 de março, após sua fuga do exílio na ilha de Elba, até sua derrota na Batalha de Waterloo, em 18 de junho de 1815, quando foi novamente exilado, na ilha de Santa Helena.
