El Kadi Askeri, uno de los dos Kazasker, los jueces militares más altos. En el Concilio Imperial fueron dos kazasker, que junto con el gran visor fueron responsables de la justicia en el Imperio. Originalmente acompañaron al sultán en sus campañas militares y representaron al poder judicial del tribunal, uno para la parte europea del Imperio (Rumeli) y el otro para la parte asiática (Anadolu). En el siglo XVIII, su poder ya estaba renunciando. Algunos de sus poderes fueron tomados por el gran visor y otra parte por el Islam Seyhül. Sin embargo, debido a su hermoso turbante grande y el baile en forma de piel seguían siendo una apariencia impresionante.
