Ufficiale e Laughing Girl, noto anche come Ufficiale e una Ragazza Ride e Ufficiale Con una Ragazza Ride, è un dipinto creato dall'artista olandese Johannes Vermeer in circa 1657 e ora in The Frick Collection a New York. Il tema di una ragazza che intratteneva il suo pretendente, già popolare nell'arte olandese, è stato utilizzato da Vermeer come studio di spazio pieno di luce. La silhouette scura dell'ufficiale (considerabilmente più scura nell'immagine del sito di The Frick Collection) aiuta a dare al dipinto un'illusione di profondità, e contrasta con il gioco della luce sulla donna e l'arredamento della stanza. La mappa dell'Olanda sul muro lontano, che mostra l'ovest in cima, fu pubblicata per la prima volta nel 1621, e, insieme alle sedie, apparve in altri dipinti Vermeer.
