Chicago City Hall-Cook County Building, façade Clark Street depuis Washington Street Bâtiment de 11 étages de couleur claire divisé en trois sections. Les étages inférieurs disposent de murs extérieurs lisses et de treize baies. La section centrale comporte douze colonnes corinthiennes. La partie supérieure est constituée de la corniche et de la ligne de toit. Il y a des gratte-ciel visibles en arrière-plan et une rue avec des voitures au premier plan.
