Questo dipinto ad olio mostra il Vecchio Mercato di Stocks a Londra, che ha venduto frutta e fiori. In primo piano a sinistra, una piccola carrozza è in piedi e un cane abbaia verso figure nel mercato. Al centro del dipinto si trova la statua equestre di Carlo II eretta da Sir Robert Vyner (Goldsmith, Banker e Lord Mayor) nel 1672. Sullo sfondo è la cupola e bianco, torre passo della chiesa di Santo Stefano Walbrook. Il vecchio mercato azionario si trovava sul sito dell'attuale Mansion House (pre-1779).
