Un foglio di studi per un monumento equestre: lo schizzo a sinistra inferiore mostra il monumento come una struttura a tre arcate, l'arco centrale sormontato da un piano attico, ma negli studi più grandi il sarcofago si trova all'interno di un quadro relativamente semplice, sia arcuato che quadrato; i prigionieri sono visibili nello schizzo più pesantemente lavorato, legato a colonne free-standing, con un dettaglio in basso a sinistra. In due studi il cavallo di allevamento è sostenuto da un nemico caduto, come in alcuni degli studi precedenti per il monumento Sforza (RCIN 912358), e lo studio per il cavallo e cavaliere da solo mostra Trivulzio apparentemente in armatura contemporanea.
