Manuel Ángeles Ortiz dio elogio a los sentimientos libres de adjetivos, por medio de una expresión cubista de plástico que era singular a su situación como artista español en la Escuela de París, convirtiendo este trabajo en un ejemplo magistral de equilibrio entre emoción y sentimiento. Podemos detectar las fibras del alma oriental que el artista promovió en Granada, y que quizás, inspiró su alabanza a El Greco, en su repetida serie de los años 1960 y 1970. © Manuel Ángeles Ortiz, VEGAP, Jaén 2004.
