Ventilatore pubblicitario con bastoncini di legno. La doppia foglia di carta è stampata sul retto con un cromoolitografo firmato ‘Maurice Leloir’. Floating mid-air, la figura di Fame versa Bénédictine negli occhiali di cinque figure femminili che personificano varie nazioni (un riferimento agli ingredienti assortiti utilizzati all'interno della miscela segreta, forse). Il Palance Bénédictine a Fécamp si può vedere in lontananza. L'ispirazione progettuale per questo fan potrebbe provenire da una vetrata del Bénédictine Palace che presenta una figura simile di Fame che tiene una bottiglia di Bénédictine con la figura del fondatore della società, Alexandre Le Grand seduto qui sotto. Leloir, M. (francese, 1853 – 1940)Leloir è stato membro fondatore e presidente della Società francese di acquerelli e della Società storica Costume. La sua passione per il costume storico è evidente durante tutto il suo lavoro; ha guidato una carriera affascinante che includeva un incantesimo di lavoro a Hollywood. Leloir era un artista dotato i cui disegni originali erano popolari con le case di champagne come Moet & Chandon.
