Miquel Garriga i Roca (Alella, Maresme 1804 - Barcelona 1888) Architekt und Stadtplaner. Er wurde vom Stadtrat beauftragt, ein Projekt zur Erweiterung von Barcelona (1857) durchzuführen, ein Projekt, das genehmigt, aber nicht umgesetzt wurde, da das von Ildefons Cerdà akzeptiert wurde. Als Stadtarchitekt von Barcelona, 1858 kartiert er die gesamte Topographie der Stadt auf einer Skala von 1:250. Die resultierende Karte wurde populär als die “Quadroons von Garriga i Roca” bekannt.
