B: Black wool poplin skirt; below-knee length; straight cut; double dart at hip, rounded silk-covered pad set beneath partial crepe lining into waistband; satin strips applied to side seams; center back kick pleat; swing-tack attached wide black satin cumberbund, shirred at sides; proper left side hook and eye closure.
