C.L.I.P.O.N. is a work by the English artist Paul Noble (Northumberland, United Kingdom, 1963). An accomplished draughtsman, painter and sculptor, Noble is best known for his career-long project, Nobson Newtown, an imaginary dystopian city developed and represented through meticulously drawn graphite works, sculptures and installations.
