This long, straight, darted coat has a deep, stand-up collar, round neck and long sleeves . It is decorated with an embroidered zigzag band with geometric designs which runs down the front and round the collar and cuffs, with an appliqué of glass paste bugles in silvered grey, mother-of-pearl and rose sequins and pearls and faceted rose-coloured crystals in a prong mounting. The lining is pink rayon taffeta. It fastens at the centre front with two hooks at the neck and one at the bust.
