Il ritratto di un cardinale è un dipinto dell'artista rinascimentale italiano Raphael. Ospitato nel Museo del Prado di Madrid. Rappresenta un cardinale non identificato nella corte di Papa Giulio II. Il ritratto fu acquistato da Carlo IV di Spagna quando era ancora principe, e l'immagine fu attribuita ad Antonio Moro, per la sua tecnica, considerata insolita in Raffaello.
