Le portrait d'un cardinal est une peinture de l'artiste italien de la Renaissance Raphael. Il est logé dans le musée du Prado à Madrid. Il représente un cardinal non identifié dans la cour du pape Jules II. Le portrait a été acquis par Charles IV d'Espagne quand il était encore un prince, et l'image a été attribuée à Antonio Moro, en raison de sa technique, considéré comme inhabituel dans Raphael.
