Es stellt einen unbekannten Kardinal vor dem Gericht von Papst Julius II. dar. Das Porträt wurde von Charles IV von Spanien erworben, als er noch ein Prinz war, und das Bild wurde Antonio Moro aufgrund seiner Technik, als ungewöhnlich in Raphael betrachtet.
