La Disputazione del Sacramento (Italiano: La disputa del Sacramento), o Disputa, è un dipinto dell'artista rinascimentale italiano Raphael. Fu dipinta tra il 1509 e il 1510 come solo la prima parte della commissione di Raffaello a decorare con affreschi le stanze che sono ora note come le Stanze di Raffaello, nel Palazzo Apostolico in Vaticano. All'epoca, questa stanza era conosciuta come Stanza della segnatura, ed era la biblioteca papale privata dove si incontrò il supremo tribunale papale (Adams 344).
