Compagnie musicale allégorique. Sur la gauche, un homme joue des vêtements orientaux et turban sur une alto da gamba. A côté de lui se trouve un jeune homme avec une harpe. Une jeune femme est assise à côté d'une table avec un livre de chansons cassé sur ses genoux et chante. Derrière elle se trouve une vieille femme avec un tissu surplombant sa tête. Au premier plan sont des instruments de musique (lute, violon) et des piles de livres. Sur le mur une peinture du vol de Lot de Sodome.
