San Agustín es el tema de dos pinturas del maestro renacentista italiano Sandro Botticelli. El primero, ejecutado en 1480, está en la iglesia de Ognissanti en Florencia. El otro está en el Uffizi, también en Florencia. Retrata a Agustín de Hippo en meditación dentro de su estudio. El escudo de armas visible en la parte superior es el de la familia Vespucci; se ha supuesto que el cuadro fue encargado por el padre de Amerigo Vespucci.
