Eine einfache, aber verführerische Komposition von Zeshin erfasst ein Trio von Krähen im Flug, mit einer Perspektive, die durch Variation der Farbtöne vermittelt wird. Der Künstler nahm oft das Thema Krähen auf, wie auch in der zwei-Panel-Goldblatt-Bildschirm mit drei Krähen und zwei Egrets gesehen. Dieses Gemälde ist „Zeshin“ signiert und hat ein ovales Siegel, das „Tairyūkyo“ liest (das den Weiden gegenüberliegt).
