Une composition simple mais séduisante de Zeshin capture un trio de corbeaux en vol, avec un sens de la perspective transmis par la variation des tons de l'encre. L'artiste a souvent abordé le sujet des corbeaux, comme le montre également l'écran à deux panneaux de feuilles d'or avec trois corbeaux et deux égratignures. Cette peinture est signée Zeshin, et a un sceau ovale lisant Tairyūkyo.
