Un acquerello raffigurante l'inaugurazione il 9 maggio 1856 di un modello a grandezza naturale del monumento Scutari nel 1856. Il monumento Scutari è l'obelisco a sinistra, con la statua equestre di Riccardo I di fronte a esso. Il partito reale testimonia l'inaugurazione. Il Trofeo del Monumento e della Pace di Scutari fu incaricato di commemorare la fine della guerra di Crimea (1853-56). Le due opere, insieme alla statua equestre di Riccardo I visto in questo acquerello, sono state eseguite dal Barone Marochetti. La scelta di Marochetti, un italiano, su uno scultore inglese è stata vista in gran parte sfavorevolmente nella stampa contemporanea. Regina Vittoria
