In questo disegno del Dr. Hermann Adler, il rabbino capo di Gran Bretagna, nella sua sukkah, l'artista ha rappresentato l'adattamento della consuetudine inglese alla vacanza ebraica di Sukkot. Questa festa di raccolta segna il tempo in cui i figli di Israele furono comandati di vivere in un sukkah (booth) per sette giorni in ricordo della loro liberazione dall'Egitto.
