Das 1659 Treffen Gemälde gezielt seit 1699 in den kurfürstlichen Sammlungen, im Berliner Schloss. Noch in der Zeit Friedrichs des Großen wurde es in der Bildergalerie des Berliner Schlosses präsentiert und 1763 von dort in die neu gestaltete Bildergalerie von Sanssouci nach Potsdam aufgenommen. Dort wurde es das zentrale Stück der Hängung auf der Wand der aufgenommenen Gemälde, zugehörige seinen Niederschlag auf der Wand als auch beschriftet. In den Warenkorb
