Questa coppa di corniola in un elaborato supporto dorato in argento era originariamente una decorazione da tavola per contenere utensili . fu donato alla regina anne de bretagne dagli assessori di tours in occasione del suo gioioso ingresso nella città di 1500 . Il suo coperchio , a forma di a ship's ponte , fu animato da pittoresche figure di cortigiani e soldati . Pochi anni dopo , la regina fece trasformare il pezzo in un reliquiario , sostituendo le figure originali con altre , in oro e argento , di sant'orsola e la sua compagna .
