Nel capitolo 30, “Mistflowers”, Yūgiri visita Tamakazura dopo la morte della loro nonna. Yūgiri ha imparato che Tamakazura non è sua sorella ma sua cugina, aprendo così la possibilità di corteggiamento. Porta un messaggio di condoglianza e una poesia d'amore, insieme a un mazzo di fiori di mistflowers.
