Headwear made of thick cowhide with brown and cream hair, decorated with colourful tassels from yarn and dyed feathers attached to a wire; h. approx. 21 cm; l. of ornaments on the top 30 cm. Item associated with traditional rituals of the inhabitants of southern Bolivia (Potosi district), bought in 2007 by a Franciscan, father Piotr Kycia in Cochabamba, in one of the workshops which makes costumes for dancers from different regions.
