Allegoria sulla fioritura della pesca olandese dopo la seconda guerra del mare inglese (1665-67). Ritratto di gruppo di ammiragli olandesi in piedi sulla riva del mare. Alcuni portano in una rete di pesci. Sulla destra alcuni cacciatori con cani vicino a una fontana simile a una caverna con una statua di Nettuno e cavallucci di mare.
