Diese Glasflasche hielt einmal Bogle elektrische Haarfarbe, Nummer 1. William Bogle (1817-1891), ein Perückenmacher aus Boston, begann seine elektrische Haarfärbe en 1844 zu verkaufen. Es wurde als die “beste Haarfarbe in der Welt!”. Die Flasche wurde 2007 gefunden, während einer großen Ausgrabung von Archaeological Services Inc. (ASI) an der nordöstlichen Ecke der Simcoe Street und Adelaide Street West in Toronto. Auf dieser Seite erholten Archäologen fast 70 000 Artefakte auf dem Gelände, darunter vier Bogle Electric Hair Dye Flaschen in einer Privy.
