Un paio di sedie del consiglio di pino intagliato e dorato e legno di faggio, rivestite in velluto rosso con rifiniture in oro e dotate di cuscino e valenza e schienali a forma di carri romani. Queste magnifiche sedie incarnano il modo romano completamente sviluppato che George IV ha adottato per gli interni a Carlton House da c. 1805 utilizzando i principali mobili Mayfair e decoratori interni, Marsh & Tatham (sovviamente Tatham, Bailey & Sanders). L'introduzione di questo stile grandioso, che raccolse il passo dopo l'istituzione della Reggenza nel 1812, alla fine obliterò la maggioranza di Henry Holland
