姚寿于1468年出任政事,退休后到袁术家吴 Zh(1280年-1354年)的家乡贾克星,专心自耕自艺. 以"吴en"作画为楷模,姚寿通过同苏州业余沈 Zhou(1427年-1509年)的友谊,对苏州(武校)艺术家有重要影响. 姚"圆刷线","活泼活泼","饮"中"细腻的墨水洗去"来信相伴"出自"吴en";同名的"刷花"词汇构成了沈 Zhou"画作风格的基础. 在主题上,姚“也专注于他的花园后退—— 以袁世凯的草屋会议为代表—— 预想 吴学艺"喜欢描绘园林和特定的地貌遗址,聚集于此来创作或欣赏诗歌和画作.
