行 行 In questo insieme di dodici pergamene, Zhang Ruitu trascrive un commento su venticinque calligrafi composti da Yuan Ang (461–540), un artista e ministro alla corte della dinastia Liang (r. 502–57), dove le critiche letterarie e artistiche fiorirono per la prima volta in Cina. Mentre alcuni dei calligrafi discussi, come Wang Xizhi (ca. 303–ca. 361) e Wang Xianzhi (344–386), sono figure tortuose nella storia dell'arte, molti di loro sono sconosciuti oggi. Zhang scrive in uno stile forte segnato da angoli taglienti e personaggi che sono più alti di quanto siano larghi.
