Mont Sainte-Victoire is one of the series of paintings by Cezanne, regarding Sainte-Victoire mountain,France. Cezanne could see the mountain from his house and it became the subject of a number of his paintings. In this watercolor Cezanne uses different colours to represent the depth of objects. Though its composition is related to the other views of Mont Sainte-Victoire, this painting has a beauty of geometric nature. It is now in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
