Estudio de cuatro Cabezas de ancianos, una en cada extremo del Papael, que miran hacia el centro del mismo. Realizados con trazos muy gruesos y con los rasgos característicos de los retratos masculinos del Artista. Los dos de la parte superior llevan las Cabezas cubiertas por una pañoleta anudada, una en la parte derecha baja y otra sobre la frente. Tres de ellos son barbados, con el Tipo de barba característica de Castillo. Los dos loweres tanen dibujadas las manos y el de la derecha parece apoyarlas sobre un bastón.
