Набросок кирпичной мельницы и дерево на заднем плане. Берг был сыном богатой семьи в Svolvær, Lofoten. Он получил образование в Düseldorf между 1883 и 1885 годами, поэтому эта картина, скорее всего, с его времени в Германии.
