Интерьер храма радует превосходными деревянными резными алтарями, дополненными многоцветной мозаикой, а также мраморными или белыми скульптурами. Главный алтарь имел мозаичное представление святого Казимира, который в 1990 году был переведен в кабинет Викариата Четвертого архиепископа Чикаго. Сегодня алтарь содержит картину Божией Матери Гвадалупе.
