Ксавери был скульптором Антверпена, который поселился в Гааге в 1721 году, где он стал придворным художником. В 1736 году он совершил этот бюст принцессы Анны из Ганновера, дочери короля Георга II Англии и жены держателя Виллема IV. Пару лет назад Ксавери совершил бюст самого держателя, который также выставлен в этом зале.
