Сцена из жизни Святого Губерта появляется за няней. Во время охоты в Страстную пятницу, любящий удовольствие Хуберт увидел метку с видением распятия между его младенцы. Он отказался от своего мирского образа жизни, обратился к христианству, стал епископом, затем святым. Сцена, возможно, включена здесь, потому что молодой человек был назван Хубертом или принадлежал к гильдии, посвященной святому. С 1519 по 1521 год Мостаерт был придворным художником Регента Нидерландов, Маргарет из Австрии.
