The food served in Bedulang has been influenced by various cultures, from Chinese, Arabic, Palembang and Javanese. Belitong people are proven to be good at processing spices, including pepper. Gangan (processed fish or meat with yellow broth) is positioned in the middle, along with various food surrounding it.
