A cerographic (wax-engraved) poster printed in color and finished with a wooden trim at the top and bottom. This poster shows diagrams of the weights and measuring methods used in the decimal metric system. Highly detailed drawings and notes describe every image. This chart would have been used to teach Arithmetic and Mathematics. The chart of weights and measures of the decimal metric system was one of the most used teaching resources in schools. One could be found in every classroom of nearly all schools. This poster was created by Faustino Paluzíe, who was also a publisher. It was printed at the printing press known as Imprenta Elzeviriana, librería Cami S.A. which was located in Joaquín Costa Street, Barcelona, in the late 20th century.
