Seaview of Trapani – (Francesco Paolo Scarpinato) Önceki Sonraki

Artist:

Tarih: 1889

Boyut: 42 x 76 cm

Müze: Gallery of Modern Art

teknik: Oil On Canvas

Francesco Scarpinato, specialised in sea and countryside views of Palermo, drew on the themes of the school of Posillipo and on the luminous and expressive intensity of the masters Francesco Lojacono and Antonino Leto in this bright landscape of Trapani. The perspective of the space is marked by the contrast between the neat definition of the shapes in the background and the silhouettes of the boats we can see in the backlight.
