The skirt is full length and flared with great width at the bottom. The skirt is plane on top and made of seven panels where each panel has inverted pleating below the knee resulting in a very large width at the bottom. The two gores at the center of the back is extra long and forms a small trail. The seams between the gores is decorated with velvet ribbon in white with floral decoration in red and green. Decorative bands runs down below the knee and were the inverted pleating begins, each band is decorated with a flower stitched in red woolen fabric with hanging silk tassels in red and white. In total, the skirt is decorated with seven flower tassels. The skirt hem is reinforced and decorated with five red stitched straight stitches in width along the entire hem. The skirt is unlined and closed in the back with hooks and snaps.
