The head image of a young man with thick wavy hair, a high forehead, shifted eyebrows, has concentrated expression on his face, a brush of his right hand close to his chin, there is a high collar of stylized clothes at his neck. Popov Victor Borisovich (1923-1981) was a Belarusian sculptor. He worked in the field of easel and monumental sculpture. He took part in the architectural and sculptural decoration of the buildings of the Minsk Suvorov School, the Theater for Young Spectators, and the Palace of Culture of Belsovprof.
