La Santissima Trinità (1577) è un olio su tela dipinto dal pittore rinascimentale spagnolo, scultore e architetto El Greco. Dipinta per l'attico dell'Alto Altare di Santo Domingo el Antiguo, Toledo, per andare sopra l'Assunzione. Probabilmente dipinto 1577-78, seguendo l'Assunzione. Fu la prima commissione di El Greco al suo arrivo a Toleedo nel 1577. Ha guadagnato grande fama a Toledo, che era artisticamente piuttosto arcaico e provinciale, e ha stabilito una carriera di successo per El Greco in città. Il dipinto (300 x 179 cm) è nella collezione del Museo del Prado, Madrid.
