L'Epiphanie est une peinture à l'huile sur panneaux de bois triptyque peint par Hieronymus Bosch vers 1495. Ce triptyque est aussi parfois appelé « L'Adoration des Mages ». Le panneau central mesure 138 x 72 cm et les ailes 138 x 34 cm. La version originale est suspendue au Prado Museum de Madrid et une autre version (copie) au Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphie. Il ne faut pas confondre avec la peinture Bosch 74 x 54 cm du nom Epiphany, qui a peut-être été un modèle de travail pour le triptyque L'Epiphanie.
