Otto Prutscher ha progettato questo vaso di vetro soffiato colorato in rosso e realizzato in cristallo trasparente overlaid, creando pellet color argento. In questo pezzo, Prutscher si allontana dai caratteristici disegni geometrici che lo identificano e sceglie una forma più organica, utilizzando una tecnica comune di quel tempo chiamata “vetro di perline”. Così viene creata una texture bubbly interna, prefiguring vetro degli anni venti. Fu prodotto nel 1908 dalla fabbrica di Lötz Witwe a Klostermühle in Boemia (attuale Repubblica Ceca), che ebbe una grande reputazione all'inizio del XX secolo.
