Manifattura Ginori e Doccia, also known as Richard Ginori S.p.A., was an Italian manufacturer of fine porcelain and ceramic products. It was founded in 1735 in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy, by Marquis Carlo Ginori. The company quickly gained a reputation for producing high-quality porcelain, and in 1841, it merged with the Doccia porcelain factory, which had been established in 1737. Over the years, the company produced a wide range of porcelain and ceramic products, including tableware, decorative objects, and architectural elements. In 2013, the company filed for bankruptcy and was acquired by the Gucci Group. However, the Richard Ginori brand continues to produce porcelain and ceramic products to this day.
