Paphonsak La-or is a Thai artist born in 1981. He is known for his sharply realistic drawings, paintings and conceptual works that offer acute critiques of Thai politics and history. His recent series 'Silent no more' (2014-2015) features empty landscapes around Fukushima and Futaba in Japan. His work has been exhibited in several locations, including the Singapore Biennale, and has been featured in the Bangkok Post. He currently lives and works in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
