Tsang Tsou-choi (Chinese: 曾灶財), commonly referred to as the 'Emperor of Kowloon' or 'King of Kowloon', was a Hong Kong citizen known for his calligraphy graffiti. He began writing in 1956 and continued until his death on July 15, 2007. Convinced of his royal lineage, Tsang covered the streets of Hong Kong with Chinese characters proclaiming himself as the rightful ruler of Kowloon.
