Archimede Bresciani da Gazaldo was an Italian painter. He was born on July 29, 1881, in Redondesco, Italy. His talent was spontaneous and precocious. At the age of seventeen, he frescoed the facade of the local parish church. He then attended evening classes at the School of Art in Mantua and studied at the Accademy of Fine Arts in Brera under the guidance of Cesare Tallone. In Milan, he came into contact with the artistic movement 'Scapigliatura' and was influenced by Pointillist art. He participated in various exhibitions, including the Biennale di Venezia and the Quadriennale di Roma. His artwork often depicted rustic life and the relationship between humans and nature.
