Armand Noyer was a French photographer and postcard publisher who ran a large studio in Paris at 22 Rue Ravignan. He was a well-known and prolific cartophile, with thousands of cards attributed to him. Noyer's work spanned various subjects, including children's scenes, and he collaborated with the Italian sculptor Domenico Mastroianni on stereoscopic views and cartes postales. He was active from the early 19th century until after the Second World War.
